What a special surprise!!
Angie and Tom Petersen stopped by our place on Sunday night with one of the most thoughtful gifts we’ve ever received. Despite facing daunting challenges every day, Angie continues to put others first while wowing us all in the classroom.
Angie is in the midst of a rigorous 16 month nursing program at Metro State University and Tom wakes up every day facing cancer head on.
With a daily burden few can imagine, Angie still took the time to make my favorite pie (blueberry) donned with the most amazing decorations I’ve ever seen.
