Each division brought something special to this year’s tournament.
From elite competition and championship moments to friendships, laughs, and memories that will last long after the final whistle, this year’s Clash was one for the books.
A huge thank you to every captain who volunteered their time to organize teams, bring players together, and help create another incredible event.
Most importantly, thank you for helping us raise money for Anze Nelimark and Josh Lubitz while growing the Dawg Nation community.
Congratulations to all of our champions. We’ll see who can defend their titles next year.
One of the most meaningful moments from the 3v3 Clash came during our recipient presentations.
Yesterday, we had the honor of presenting Josh Lubitz and his family with a check for $17,000.
Josh is a longtime supporter of Dawg Nation and a respected member of Colorado’s hockey community. Earlier this year, he was diagnosed with stage four cancer and began a difficult journey that no family ever wants to face.
During the presentation, Josh shared that he is now four months into treatment and that the results have been encouraging, with treatments showing positive signs.
While the financial support is important, the message behind it may be even more meaningful.
An entire hockey community is standing beside Josh and his family.
To everyone who donated, volunteered, sponsored, played, bid in the auctions, and made this day possible, thank you.
Because of you, Josh can spend less time worrying about bills and more time focusing on getting healthy.
This is what hockey can do.
This is what community looks like.
