Charity Jersey Auction
Saturday night, members of the Colorado Springs DAWGs were the guests of the Colorado Springs Thunder, of the Professional Inline Hockey Association, for their series versus the Colorado Stallions and their annual charity jersey auction. We were treated to excellent seats in the team’s suite and given the VIP treatment. Prior to the games, we were announced to the fans in attendance and DAWG Nation Hockey Foundation was announced as the recipient of the proceeds from the jersey auction.
The gracious Thunder fans bid by silent auction on the jerseys and after the second game, we were invited onto the floor to accept a check in the amount of $1040.00.

On behalf of all of DAWG Nation, we would like to thank the Colorado Springs Thunder players, staff, and fans for inviting us out for a night of great inline hockey action and for their generous donation. The support that they have shown the foundation is what the hockey community is all about. Their donation is greatly appreciated and will be put to good use supporting hockey players in their times of need.
