Taylor Ludy has been a mainstay between the pipes for many years on the Colorado Front Range. On Tuesday, April 23^rd, Taylor was severely injured in a beer league game at the Ice Ranch. The accident occurred when an opposing player lost and edge and crashed into Taylor lacerating his quad muscle all the way down to his exposed femur. He was rushed to the hospital and underwent emergency surgery. Currently at Adventist Hospital in Highlands Ranch, Taylor is expected to undergo an additional surgery on Thursday and expected to miss a fair amount of work. Although Taylor has health insurance the medical bills are anticipated to be substantial.
