The Platinum Games this year won’t just be filled with professional players, there will also be some NHL officials wearing the stripes at the Dawg Bowl.
Tom Chmielewski and John Grandt both growing up in Colorado, will be officiating the Platinum Division games this year.
Chmielewski made his NHL debut in 2014 and has been refereed over 500 games.
Grandt was a linesman from 2012 to 2017 and was named the USHL Director of Officials in 2023.
