Matt was involved in a serious motorcycle accident in mid-July when a dump truck struck him, throwing him from his bike. He suffered a broken leg and wrist that required surgery, needed a blood transfusion, and spent four days in the hospital.
He is currently recovering at his dad’s house because he cannot safely return to his own home, which has stairs. With more surgeries and therapy still ahead, Matt faces a long road to recovery. As someone who works in construction, being unable to work has created a significant financial burden, especially after an already slow year. He is also trying to care for his three dogs during this difficult time.
If you’re able, please consider making a donation to help with medical expenses and everyday costs while Matt recovers. Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a real difference. If you can’t donate, sharing his story is another meaningful way to help.
