Earlier this year while attending Florida Gulf Coast University, Kyle Lindholm, a Colorado native had a seizure and was rushed to emergency room. It was there that doctors found a golf ball size tumor on his brain that needed to be removed. He and his family are awaiting pathology reports to determine if benign or malignant. Kyle is currently playing for FGCU’s ACHA DII team. He grew up in Colorado playing for the Northern Colorado Youth Hockey Association and Resurrection Christian High School. In high school, he moved out East to play for the NCDC. Kyle’s parents live in Colorado and have been in Florida since the incident occurred.
