It’s a difficult day as we say goodbye to a Colorado Eagle legend. Les “Borsh” Borsheim has left an indelible mark in the world and a forever place in my heart. When I heard the news the tears came instantly as I remembered that big smile. Les always greeted me with a “hey Cappy” and made me feel important and loved, I will miss that dearly. The second pic is my all time favorite of Les (one of Les’ favorites too). It was taken in 2016 at Coors Field when I was blessed to take he and Sean Gagnon to a Rockies game. As part of the night they both got a moment on the mic in the broadcast booth and of course Borsh had them in stitches. Sean passed away two years later from ALS and now we have lost Les. These days really hurt and are truly the most difficult part of the path I have chosen, but I still wouldn’t trade this life for anything, God bless Les and God bless you all.
