Here’s today’s “no coincidences” post!
We just wrapped up a very tiring but incredibly successful 2022 Dawg Bowl. Spanning five days, we created amazing memories, showed the world that hockey really is for everyone, and also handed out $139,000 to families in need!
Tonight I finally was able to relax and spend a magical evening with my Cindy as we watched our team win the Cup!
It’s been 21 years since the Avs last lifted Lord Stanley, and 21 was of course the number that the late, great Jack Kelly wore.
It gets better though. Tonight my good friend, Jared Bednar, became the first head coach in hockey history to win the NHL’s Stanley Cup, the AHL’s Calder Cup and the ECHL’s top prize, appropriately named the “Kelly” Cup!!!
Congrats Avs, congrats Bedsey, and thank you to everyone that helped make this year’s Dawg Bowl another huge success!
