At just 28 years old, Declan has already built one of the most remarkable careers in hockey history.
Born with bilateral fibular hemimelia and having both legs amputated as a baby, Declan has gone on to become the most dominant player sled hockey has ever seen. Four Paralympic gold medals. Countless records. And now another ESPY to add to the collection.
Declan joined us at Dawg Bowl XVI this year and once again showed why he is one of the best ambassadors for the game and an inspiration to so many.
