Wrapped up a busy day be visiting a couple beauties! First up was the always entertaining Cody “Beeks” Beekman. We shared stories about life, hockey, the Avs and just enjoyed each other’s company. It’s been almost 15 years since Cody’s life changed forever after being hit by a drunk driver. Tonight we celebrated Cody’s successful heart surgery this week that has already made his life better!
Next up was Josh Lubitz. In March Josh was diagnosed with Leukemia and began a weekly regiment to combat this unforgiving disease. The treatment seems to be working and Josh honestly looked great. This summer Josh checked off a bucket list item that last spring looked unlikely, he suited up and skated on the same team as her daughter Madison!
Blessed to have the opportunity to be placed into the lives of so many special people. Here’s to making the most of every moment.
