Join Dawg Nation Hockey Foundation for an unforgettable night of hockey, community, and giving back as the Colorado Avalanche take on the Dallas Stars at our Colorado Avalanche Watch Party on October 13, 2026 at Oskar Blues Grill & Brew in downtown Denver.

This special event will benefit Logan Cornick and his family as they continue to navigate the challenges associated with Logan’s rare genetic disorder, SCN2A.

Logan was diagnosed with SCN2A, a rare neurological disorder that affects the sodium channels in the brain. The condition causes seizures, autism, developmental delays, and significant medical challenges. Logan is non-verbal, participates in daily physical, speech, and occupational therapies, and recently underwent surgery for a feeding tube after the disorder caused further neurological regression. Many of Logan’s therapies and medications are not fully covered by insurance, resulting in thousands of dollars of annual out-of-pocket expenses for the Cornick family.

We’re asking the Colorado hockey community to rally around Logan and help us provide support, hope, and opportunity for a family facing extraordinary circumstances.
