It was quite a full day that wrapped up with an amazing dinner at La Loma (downtown) followed by an Avs game for the record books. The nine goals scored by the Avs eclipsed the eight goal mark set three times (1996, 2002, 2022). I was actually in attendance for two of those! And the combined 15 goals was an all time high for an Avs playoff game. Along the way I ran into the one and only Hilary McNeish and also Connor Delaney, who flew down from Minny to catch the game.
