Last night Shaun and Braileigh Hollis of Blue Bear Waste hosted our annual “thank you” dinner for the sponsors and volunteers who played integral roles in helping make this year’s DAWG Bowl a rousing success. The evening was an emotional one as Brandon Lied (Steel Rock Films) debuted his annual DAWG Bowl video. It once again brought smiles, cheers and tears as Brandon outdid himself in sharing some of the amazing stories about the people that make up DAWG Nation.

We were also able to individually recognize several of those that set us apart. From Sponsors, to board members, to donors, to recipients and all of those who continue to help us help others.

The special evening concluded by honoring Sawyer and the Costa family. Sawyer was a beautiful ten year old who recently lost her life when she was hit by a car. The tears flowed as we listened to her favorite song accompanied by photos that showcased an amazing life, a life that ended way too soon.
