Goodbye Oracle

Wow, it’s already been seven years since I said goodbye to a 24 year run at a cute little tech company called Oracle!. That was a day filled with uncertainty and anxiousness, but one I wouldn’t change for the world.

However when I do look back, I know that my life changed forever in April 2010 when my good friend Jack Kelly left us to be in a better place. A week later at #21’s emotional service I told his three beautiful daughters that I would do something special to honor their father. With the incredibly generous support of countless people, that “something special” has turned into something “really special”. Leaving the security and comfort of something that I had known for most of my adult life was uncomfortable, unknown, and definitely scary. What has happened since then is truly unbelievable and only possible with the help of hundreds of you.

Dawg Nation is truly “our” foundation, and when I say “our”, it belongs to all of you. I am incredibly honored and humbled to lead something so special, so important, so amazing. Thank you all that helped make that seemingly crazy decision possible and here’s to next seven years of changing lives!
