Everett Jeske is a remarkable 9-year-old young man with Cerebral Palsy from his prematurity – at birth he was 1.5 pounds! He’s undergone numerous surgeries for his muscles and bones, but now is able to play sled hockey with Colorado Sled Hockey. Everett is also very special to the Colorado Avalanche, having met many of the players and serving as guest announcer with Messrs, Moser and Rycroft, and serving as a guest announcer on AltitudeTV’s Moser, Lombardi & Kane show. His parents and Monica and Tim have been fantastic in finding many activities for him, demonstrating that even with his disability, anything is possible! They’ve recently been able to purchase a “fixer-upper” home in Highlands Ranch, with one of biggest needs being making it wheelchair accessible for Everett as he continues to grow bigger and stronger.
