On Friday night DAWG Nation showed up in the hundreds to cheer on their pals as the Germans and Czechs competed to see who’s brewing skills would reign supreme. Milan Hejduk and Jan Hejda draw quite the crowd but, ultimately, the night belonged to Mike Sullivan and Kevin Larson. Family and friends gathered in huge numbers tonight to help these two great guys back on their feet.

Step up for Sully
Sully has had a tough couple of years between a very long hospital stay while
fighting with Covid and then getting a joint replacement once he was capable. He is also scheduled for
another joint replacement on October 8th. He is on a Fixed income as a retired Veteran (Marine) and
works Security at The Ball Arena to make ends meet. Ball Arena was closed for nearly 2 years because
of Covid so there was no additional income stream able to come in. Recovery was hard after his knee
replacement and rehab and more income possibilities have passed. Now, facing another knee
replacement I would like to see him get somewhat of a break in facing more rehab and stress of missing
more weeks/Months of work.
