Ryan is a familiar face in the Colorado hockey community. He always greets you with a smile and hug and never asks for anything. This past year was a rough one as a hockey injury resulted in a torn ACL/MCL and reconstructive knee surgery. Coupled with a car accident, missed work and lots of medical bills, Ryan could really use a lift to get back on his feet.
This single father of two is facing up to ten months of rehab and hopes to be back on the ice in 2019.
It was another memorable day as hundreds turned out for the DAWG Nation Brewfest at Chain Reaction. There were lots of highlights with the biggest being an $11,400 check going to Ryan Tennant to offset medical costs from a serious injury suffered on the ice. A big thanks to everyone that stepped up to help make this one so special.
