Donate Life

Year after year we have watched members of Dawg Nation overcome incredible odds. This year’s Survivor Game is unlike any other. Because of five heroic donors, we will witness five members of Dawg Nation take the ice after receiving a heart transplant. Patrick, Lily, Sebastian, Kaleb, and Nigel all have received a second chance at life and will proudly skate next Saturday because of the gift of life they received.

We are proud to reveal our 2023 Survivor Game jerseys! These jerseys were designed in honor of organ donation. More than 100,000 people in the United States alone are waiting for a life saving organ transplant. Our goal at the Dawg Bowl is for every player to leave the tournament as a registered organ donor.

These jerseys are unlike any other Dawg Nation jersey. Every survivor will proudly wear blue and green to support organ donation, but you’ll notice one special detail on the back of each jersey in honor of Logan Boulet.

Logan Boulet was a member of the Humboldt Broncos who tragically lost his life on April 7, 2018. Logan was an organ donor and because of him, 6 lives lived on. As news spread of the organ donation by this young hockey player, it is estimated that almost 150,000 people registered to become organ donors in the days and weeks that followed. To date, this is the largest number of Canadians registering to become organ donors in Canadian History due to one event – one person. Each Survivor will proudly wear the logo for the foundation that was started by Logan’s parents Toby and Bernie.

We cannot wait to see a packed house Saturday at 2:30 p.m. cheering loud and proud for these Survivors and all they have overcame.

The 13th annual DAWG Bowl tournament will be held June 21-25, 2023 at the Edge Ice Arena in Littleton, Colorado. The Survivor Game will be on Saturday, June 24 at 2:30 p.m. Admission is free and open to the public.
