Laughs, cheers and a few tears once again filled the Comedy Works in DTC for the annual “Stand Up for DAWG Nation” event. Led by Josh Blue, the “full house” was treated to big laughs, memorable moments, and inspirational moments. Special thanks to our comics, Derrick Stroup and Josh Blue for their donation of time and talent to make this event a great success. Of course, we need to thank Mike Raftery and the Comedy Works staff for their flexibility and perseverance in making the event date work through the rescheduling process!
An Honor to Help Another Family
The event may have looked a little different this year but the generosity and support has never been more evident. The highlight of the evening was a surprise check presentation to the Batchelder family, showing our support as they navigate life with a precious five year old with Wilms tumor.
